DAY 6

Affirmation — “The Heart of Six”

“I carry the spirit of six — grounded, giving, and full of grace. My care is not weakness; it’s sacred strength. I nurture because love is my language, and responsibility is my rhythm. I protect, I provide, and I pour out peace wherever I go. My empathy doesn’t drain me — it defines me. I am the balance that brings others home to themselves.”

Nurturer #1

One of the first things I saw when I met you. It was how you cared for your clients in the suites. Even though you were quiet in connection intially, your care for the clients spoke volumes!

Nurturer #2

Your siblings here at home, that day you were sharing about Joel. Seeing how you love them with out condition, protect them with out condition, sacrifice your self for them with out condition. This has always been one of the most beautiful things about you.

Nurturer #3

Hearing how your sister answered the questions about you, and seeing how the bond that you guys have. I believe that you and her really have something so special that is different then most sisters. She truly believes in you and how you have cultivated that relationship speaks to your giving nature.

Nurturer #4

Loving your mother. Supporting your mother. Caring for your mother. Nurturing your mother. You didnt have a blueprint but you have done it with grace. I am proud of you. Seeing her responses to the questions, let me know that she sees it that she knows, in her own way she honors it.

Nurturer #5

You are true friend, to your friends and cousins. You will show up for folks even if they arent able to do it for you. You are dependable, accepting and welcoming, and skeptical some times but it never stops how you love and how you are there for them from the smallest phone call to a move or just a listening ear

Nurturer #6

How you nurture me, how you are protective of me, how you want the best for me. How you ride for me. No matter how you feel from time to time about it, you do enough with showing how you feel. It can never be measured in action to action with us. You listen to me, you fuss at me, you advise me, you are there for me, youve been there at my lowest moments, you have been a shoulder to cry on, youve been a person to depend on. You have been a place of growth, love and compassion. I appreciate that about you, and try my best to provide the same spaces for you to be nurtured and cared for! In this is why, I show up so hard for you! You deserve what you have given so much out of.

“Father, thank You for placing the heart of a nurturer within me. Thank You for the tenderness that sees what others overlook, for the patience that holds space when the world moves too fast, and for the love that doesn’t seek reward — only restoration.

Teach me to give without losing myself, to serve without silencing my needs, and to remember that even the healer deserves healing. Let my responsibility be guided, not heavy — a rhythm of grace, not exhaustion.

May my compassion continue to be a mirror of Your love — steady, unconditional, and renewing.

And when my heart grows tired, remind me that even nurturers need nurturing too.

Help me remember that my care is divine, my presence is healing, and my purpose is love in motion.

Amen.”
